Today, we have been to the Warrington Wellbeing Festival at the Engine Rooms on Birchwood Park. It's been an amazing event, with so many beautiful souls!
Thank you to Becca and Neil for having me there to talk and hold a Peace & Mind UK stall. It was such a pleasure to meet so many great people.
Thank you also to my amazing friends and volunteers - with a big shout out to Sam Small Ink for being such a great help and for trying the hot coal walking!
I'm looking forward to next year's festival!
