Mindfulness retreat for Warrington teachers

What a fabulous day it's been at Birchwood Community High School!

Today was the first mindfulness retreat, bringing together the teachers who are taking part in the Mindfulness in Schools Project training, and will be delivering mindfulness practice to their students in Warrington.

Thank you to Birchwood headteacher Emma Mills who did a talk on online safety, Faiy Rushton who talked about the amazing work MiSP are doing, Russell Treasure from Treasure Your Wellbeing for the fantastic talk around mindfulness and our very own Esther for telling us all about Brianna and the amazing campaign she has launched.

We also got to enjoy some beautiful mindfulness practices which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
