We are absolutely delighted to announce that Jaxon is now a Patron of Peace & Mind UK.
Jaxon Feeley is a multi-talented TV personality, podcast host, presenter, speaker, and model. Transitioning in 2021 while still a serving prison officer, Jaxon is an inspirational and trusted voice when it comes to living authentically. His message is not about gender, it is about LIFE and showing every individual that you have the power to be 100% authentic within yourself, if only you decide to look in the mirror and do the things that scare you.
Jaxon met Esther after the death of Brianna and has been and amazing friend and nothing but supportive ever since. Here are just some of the occasions where Jaxon has been by our side:
The Peace Festival (September 2024) In September, Jaxon gave a powerful talk about his transitioning journey at the Peace Festival, an event organized by Peace and Mind UK on September 15th 2024. During his speech, Jaxon shared his personal story and encouraged everyone to do things scared and step out of their comfort zone.
The Attitude Awards 2024 At the Attitude Awards, which celebrate individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the LGBTQ+ community, Jaxon was the perfect person to present the inspiration award to Esther on behalf on Brianna. The fact that Jaxon was presenting the award was a surprise to Esther, so she made up to have a friend up on stage with her.
The Live Your Truth Event The Live Your Truth event was more than just a night out; it was a celebration of unity, empathy, and the incredible power of collective action.
Jaxon was the driving force behind the event. His dedication and hard work in organizing the Live Your Truth event deserve our deepest appreciation. It’s individuals like Jaxon who inspire us to come together and make a positive impact on the causes we hold dear.
Appearing on the Parent v Internet Podcast Jaxon also appeared on the Parent v Internet podcast with Esther and Liz Hull, where he shared the story around transitioning in the prison service and the importance of doing things scared. Jaxon explained why he believes that school children should be taught mental resilience and ignore trolls on social media.
Jaxon’s appointment as Patron marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for both him and Peace and Mind UK. We are so excited to have Jaxon on our team as he is aligned to our mission of encouraging people to live their own lives authentically and teaching people how to be resilient.
Jaxon's thoughts after becoming a Patron
“Since meeting Esther I have been absolutely blown away by her strength and resilience and I am in awe of all she has and continues to achieve. Bringing mindfulness to the forefront of children’s education is something that will save countless lives in years to come and I am so grateful and proud to be a part of this movement.”
